Building Resilience & Wellbeing for Tweens
Kids ages 9-14 years old are invited to learn the importance of mindfulness, movement and emotional well-being in this 4 week summer series. Students will have the opportunity to learn about their feelings and how to properly express the full range of their emotions. There will also be an opportunity to play games, drum, complete craft activities and work from a provided workbook that will be theirs to keep. This is a wonderful offering for our young people to strengthen their relationship with themselves and discover their emotional and physical responses to stress. All kids and all abilities are welcome.
